This project consisted of multiple five-story steel framed residential buildings located on the waterfront of Staten Island NY. Together, these mixed use buildings contain over 900 residential units and 35,000 square feet of ground floor retail.

The structural design featured the use of steel beams and columns, an Ecospan floor system, and shear walls consisting of steel tubes and cold-formed metal bracing. Fabricating and erecting this type of structural system required meticulous coordination with other trades such as concrete, metal studwork, and the Ecospan joist and deck manufacturer. Throughout the whole process, the B&B team was instrumental in problem solving on-site issues and maintaining a steady workflow.
