This four-story academic building incorporated over 600 progressive collapse moment connections and over 20 curved channel frames to support precast concrete fascia panels. Built for the United States Military Academy, it houses several types of labs including computer labs, robotics labs, engineering labs, and telecom labs.

B&B coordinated the steel supports for lab equipment, glass windows and curtainwalls, as well as the limestone, granite, and precast facade.
