This project involved the construction of an 11-story mixed use building in the downtown section of Jersey City. The building includes 34,000 square feet of classroom and recreational space, 10,000 square feet of retail space, and 422 luxury rental units.

The building footprint covers an area of 78,000 square feet. The first two stories consist of structural steel framing, including over 30 trusses ranging in length from 24 feet to 65 feet and weighing up to 35,000 pounds each.
